Every stay in the directory is clearly tagged. You won't accidentally book a Curated property thinking it's been measured.

Why we list both.
Certification takes time. Until a property has been audited, the easiest way to know it exists is to surface it as Curated — flagged for what it is, alongside the certified ones. If a Curated stay catches your eye, you can ask the host to apply, or browse the certified directory if verification matters more than discovery.
